SUMMARY

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to provide direct support to our Customer Experience and Centralized Services organization. This role involves supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset who will be crucial in driving business growth by delivering exceptional financial and strategic insights to our senior leaders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collaborate with business partners to develop the annual operating plan and facilitate periodic and quarterly reviews for the functional area with an emphasis on identifying key drivers and quantifying future impactsDevelop and analyze various business cases to drive profitability and support sustainable growth within the CX/CS organization.Ensure the implementation of robust controls, financial modeling, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the company’s financial processes and performance.Manage all aspects of the period financial close, including the analysis of adjustments, journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and variance/trend analysis to provide key insights to stakeholders.Develop into the key thought partner for functional managers by helping to identify key performance drivers and how the team can influence these to maintain strong performance or execute improvements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

·       Proficient understanding of finance and business concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate these concepts to business partners.

·       Competent in performing intermediate financial modeling with logical and technically sound problem-solving skills.

·       Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Strong diligence for data accuracy.

·       Capable of setting priorities and executing in a fast-paced organization.

·       Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.

·       Must possess a learning and improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

·       Demonstrates a strong sense of self-accountability to drive performance metrics.

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 to $136,765 per year.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
