TITLE: Lead Financial Analyst (Capital & Reporting Consolidation)

LOCATION: Indianapolis Plant – Indianapolis, IN 

BUSINESS UNIT: Texture & Healthful Solutions, USCA

REPORTS TO: Director, Operations Finance, T&HS USCA

SUPERVISION: None

Core Responsibilities

Capital Planning & Execution – Review and assist in the development of permit and capital expenditure recommendations across Ingredients locations by ensuring sound business justification, validating assumptions, understanding and developing discounted cash flow models, interacting with all stakeholders, and summarizing relevant data meaningfully. Facilitate execution of capital allocation by aiding in forecasting and reporting of actual spend, ensuring timely approval of projects, tracking individual project progression and completing closing reports in a timely manner. Assist and guide stakeholders in executing against growth and cost savings commitments. Asset Verifications – Manage the safeguarding of company assets across Ingredients plants by ensuring that asset verifications are completed and documented in accordance with internal control policies.Forecasting/Budgeting - Work cross-functionally across Ingredients plants to prepare monthly forecasts and periodic budgets over plant depreciation and permit spending.Business Process Procedures – Ensure Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) are written and current for all job functions and they comply with internal control policies.Process Improvement – Conduct process reviews to standardize and enhance the quality of financial reporting across Ingredients plants; Lead the implementation of improvements identified through this process.Support Director, Operations Finance, in consolidating financial reporting and performance metrics for THS USCA segment. Drive for continuous improvement in approach to communicating results to the business segment leaders.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all unit and functional managers across multiple locations to ensure timely completion of key deliverables and accurate reporting of plant performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:           

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required4+ years relevant experienceMust be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisionsMust have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and working capital analysisDemonstrated understanding of accounting concepts and theories used in the business environmentProven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various levels within the organizationProven proficiency in the use of MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in the English language. Travel required as necessary

Pay Range:

$98,800.00-$131,733.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
