LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST - FP&A ABOUT YOU: Are you a data-driven financial analyst with a passion for improving processes and optimizing financial reporting? Join Jostens as a Lead Financial Analyst – FP&A to support planning, forecasting, and analysis while implementing new financial reporting tools to enhance decision-making. YOU HAVE: Finance & Accounting Expertise. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) with 5-7 years of financial analysis experience. Technical Proficiency. Strong Excel skills and experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, BPC, Essbase, Power Query, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Incorta. Analytical Mindset. Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and provide meaningful insights. Process-Driven Approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative Communication. Effective interpersonal skills to work across teams and functions. Curiosity & Problem-Solving. A natural curiosity to dig deep, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements. Preferred. Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and change management with a strong ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets for actionable insights. YOU WILL: Enhance Financial Processes. Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of financial reporting and planning applications. Identify & Implement Improvements. Collaborate across teams to identify and migrate operational data processes to new technology tools like Incorta and Alteryx. Build & Maintain Reports. Create, migrate, and optimize financial and operational reports to support company functions. Analyze & Forecast. Evaluate planning and forecasting processes, ensuring operational KPIs are linked to financial results. Train & Support Teams. Conduct training sessions on financial reporting and planning applications, ensuring alignment with business processes. Drive Strategic Projects. Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects, including strategic capital projects and in-depth financial assessments. ALL ABOUT FINANCE: Our Finance team combines traditional financial planning, analysis and accounting with collaborative business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting leadership in Marketing, Sales, Digital & Operations. Team members are expected to analyze data and provide recommendations across our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products and Professional Sports. Through the utilization of best-in-class technical software, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Incorta, SAP BPC, Oracle, Salesforce, & the Microsoft Suite, you will get to play a critical role in determining financial solutions that steer our business. Our Finance team is comprised of several subgroups, including decision support, FP&A, operations and corporate, but our success is directly related to a culture of cross-team collaboration.
