Lead Financial Management Analyst
Summary You will serve as a Lead Financial Management Analyst in the NAWCAD of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will analyze financial information to resolve discrepancies in the system reporting process You will lead teams in assessing an organization's financial strengths and weakness. You will motivate a team to complete financial tasks on time and within defined constraints. You will compile financial or budgetary information to prepare reports You will lead teams in determining improvements in financial work methods, processes, and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Making determinations and performing work in any of the phases or systems of budget and financial administration. Verifying product quality using sampling inspection when appropriate based on pertinent quality history. Monitoring and reporting financial execution status to stakeholders, as well as present the information providing detailed analysis where variance from plan is identified Training employees in teamwork and technical training and monitoring and reporting on status and progress of work. Facilitating in coordinating team initiatives and consensus among team members while also maintaining reference materials, files and current knowledge sufficient to answer questions from team members . Serving as subject matter expert for formulating budgets, support plans and estimates based on the assigned customers' financial requirements.
