About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Anaplan Model Builder to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team focused on providing accurate financial data. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining revenue forecast models using Anaplan. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Analysis team to support the translation of business requirements into scalable and efficient models that support UKG financial planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model Building: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Data Integration: Integrate Anaplan with other data sources and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure accurate data flow and consistency.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Anaplan models to enhance performance and scalability.
• Testing and Validation: Ensure model accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation of data and calculations.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for model structures, processes, and user guides.
• User Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Anaplan models.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to align Anaplan models with business objectives and gather requirements for model enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Anaplan is required; Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
