What you’ll do

Responsible for managing the compensation and benefit P&L account planning for several Gas Power businesses across all the planning cycles, as well as, partner with, coach and support customer for all business reviews.Has ability to communicate and prepare variance analysis in a timely mannerActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will lead automation and simplification projects to build lean standard workRole will function with autonomy in a team environmentCritical thinker with the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to investigate and arrive at decisions.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or FinanceExperience in closing, analysing, and forecasting in a multiple legal entity environmentExperience with core financial systems and processes (GL, transaction registers, journal entries)Strong oral and written communication skills; will interact cross functionally across all levels of the organizationFluent English AND Hungarian knowledgeAbility to prioritize and meet quarterly and monthly timelinesAttention to detail and accuracy; able to link results to drivers and find areas of opportunity for improvementCritical thinker with flexibility to adapt to new informationDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently with support and direction of the team
