CoStar Real Estate Manager is leading Software as a Service Provider, (SaaS), to the Real Estate and Lease Accounting Industry. CoStar Real Estate Manager helps corporations, retailers, restaurants, landlords and commercial real estate service providers build world-class real estate operations by providing integrated solutions that eliminate information "silos" and consolidate information across business units. This position is for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer on an agile team with Costar Real Estate Manager. This position requires that the candidate has career experience developing with Angular. Our perfect candidate is passionate about coding and is not shy to take on challenges and produce a solution while working collaboratively with their team.
This position is located in Atlanta and offers a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and support high traffic, real-time enterprise applications
Collaborate with all business partners to design and define our class-leading products
Implement product features and refine specifications
Continuously improve working processes, code quality, and tool and technology adoption
Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members when needed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
A track record of commitment to prior employers
7+ Years Angular, Typescript experience.
Experience in languages/frameworks, C# and .Net Core
Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript
Strong understanding of SCSS/CSS
T-SQL programming and performance tuning experience
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience with microservices architectures
Deep understanding of OO patterns and principles
Expertise with software development best practices, including standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing and operations
Experience deploying cloud centric architectures
Experience in Agile environment
