Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Lead to provide big-picture vision and tactical decision-making for our core case management system. This position focuses on developing a proprietary case tracking tool/portal to replace ServiceNow, offering enhanced customizability to meet our specific requirements. Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with the Tech Leader: Assist in disseminating the big-picture vision and making tactical decisions to guide the development process.  Develop Core Case Management System: Build a new user interface (UI) and supporting APIs for engineers to manage cases efficiently. Perform requirement analysis for enhancement requests. Identify the scope of change with the impacted systems and provide estimation for the change Provide best design and architecture using suitable design for code development  Ensure Data Storage: Support the storage of data, transitioning from ServiceNow to our proprietary system.  Front-End Development: Utilize ReactJS (version TBD) to create a responsive and user-friendly interface.  Back-End Development: Implement application code using NodeJS and Express to ensure robust and scalable backend services.  Database Management: Manage and optimize with the team PostgreSQL databases hosted in AWS, leveraging EKS for running services. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.  Solid understanding of the Web-applications, Microservices development, AWS Cloud technologies  8+ years of experience and Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Express.  Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with AWS services, including EKS.  2+ years of experience in tech leading the team of 5+ members  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make tactical decisions.  Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.  Prior experience working within an Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.).
