We are looking for an innovative software engineer who will lead the team responsible for the design and build of a full stack web application and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

•\tEnsure performance, reliability, and code readability through high-quality coding and rigorous code reviews.
•\tCollaborate with product and engineering management on roadmap planning, feature scoping, and release execution.
•\tIdentify and address both short-term and long-term engineering needs to scale platform solutions effectively.
•\tCollaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful features.
•\tWork closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to design optimal solutions for data-driven applications.
•\tCoach junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
•\tLead development cycles with an agile mindset, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities.
•\tKeep senior leadership informed, incorporating feedback into technical and architectural decisions.
•\tIdentify and address engineering needs to optimize application performance and support business growth.

All About You:
•\tProven experience in full-stack engineering within an agile production environment.
•\tStrong knowledge of .NET/C#, React, Redux, TypeScript, and SQL Server or similar object-oriented languages, front-end frameworks, and relational database technologies.
•\tExperience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Hadoop, and Databricks for data-intensive applications is a nice to have.
•\tExperience working across time zones and diverse cultures, fostering collaboration in global teams.
•\tProven track record of coaching and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a high-performing development team.
•\tExperience designing and implementing large, complex features in full-stack applications, driving cross-team technical efforts.
•\tAbility to identify and implement improvements in development workflows, enhancing efficiency and team productivity.
•\tStrong ability to work across teams, functions, and geographies, fostering effective collaboration.
•\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and navigate organizational dynamics.
•\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
