The Lead / Demand Generation Sr. Specialist role is responsible for creating leads and increasing the sales velocity. This is a vital role for the business, responsible for generating and nurturing leads to build new pipeline. The role will collaborate closely with the Sales Team, staying in-sync to achieve company-wide performance goals. Ultimately, this role will translate the demand generation strategy into targeted campaigns using specific channels and tactics.Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to define and implement a demand generation plan.
Campaign Execution: Responsible for the day-to-day design, execution, and operations of our digital marketing channels (both organic and paid) and the demand generation aspects of the front side of the funnel.
Lead Generation: Drive the creation of high-quality leads through strategic initiatives and data-driven campaigns. Implement lead scoring and qualification process to enhance lead quality.
Channel Optimization: Identify and leverage the most effective channels by continually optimizing channel performance through A/B testing of the message, audience, creative, and channel to generate cost-effective quality leads.
Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align on demand generation efforts with sales goals and incorporate feedback to optimize lead generation programs to increase conversion and reduce CPL.
Analytics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of demand generation efforts and provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for demand generation is required, including experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Proven record of meeting campaign targets and building demand programs that drive goals
Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience with email marketing and CRMs like Salesforce
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm; interface with external vendors, developers, and clients also necessary.
Frequent long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Travel requirement: less than 25%.
Compensation:
For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72,000 - $93,830
For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78,000 - $102,300
For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $68,000 - $89,540
For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78,000 - $102,300
For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72,000 - $93,830
