The Impact you’ll makeSales Development & Lead Generation\nResearch and identify potential clients, specifically tech analysts at private equity firms, using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo\nExecute email outreach campaigns and prospect nurturing (Note: No cold calling required)\nManage lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot\nSchedule and coordinate sales appointments\nFinancial Operations\nPerform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks\nAssist with payroll management\nGenerate and maintain financial reports\nManage and optimize SaaS subscriptions\nDigital Presence Management\nCreate and schedule social media content\nUpdate website content\nManage social media engagement\nSupport content distribution efforts\nAdministrative Support\nManage calendar and schedule meetings\nOrganize and maintain Google Drive/Intranet\nHandle vendor negotiations and contract management\nCoordinate with internal teams via Slack\n
