We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team! As a Sales Representative, you will generate sales leads from existing clients and new business contacts, selling Xerox Office Technology and Services in your assigned territory. You will support sales and professional services through data gathering, analysis, and process coordination. Develop and manage databases to achieve sales objectives and align demand generation activities with lead generation opportunities. You will be expected to identify and validate client needs, meet sales objectives, use Salesforce consistently to ensure high-quality client experience, stay updated on technology, collate and qualify leads, liaise with Xerox teams and marketing, track leads, and run outreach campaigns.

Key Role Tasks and Activities:
+ Discover, assess, and validate client needs
+ Meet or exceed revenue & sales objectives
+ Consistent use of Salesforce to record all sales activities
+ Ensure a high quality client experience
+ Stay up to date regarding changes in technology
+ Collate leads generated via marketing into a central repository
+ Qualify leads via various means e.g phone/ social media /email
+ Liaise with other Xerox teams as appropriate to meet internal or external customers.
+ Liaise with marketing team to drive campaigns and programmes targeting identified leads.
+ Track and monitor leads transferred to internal teams / partners to completion.
+ Run outreach telephone and social campaigns to generate leads
What You Need to Succeed:
Essential
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
+ Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Desirable
+ Technical / digital sales experience
+ Previous relevant experience selling solutions and services
+ Good knowledge and experience of the marketplace in which Xerox operates
+ Relevant University degree or post graduate degree (e.g., Business Management)

+ Excellent prioritisation, organisational, time management and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure to meet targets.
+ Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, executing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
