Camping World is seeking a NC Call Center Supervisor for our growing team. The Call Center Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of associates who provide support to customers via telephone, email and live chat features. This leadership role in the Call Center is vital and helps to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently. **What You'll Do:** + Manage a team of sales, customer service or product specialists towards achieving goals + Provide continual training on products, strategies and soft skills + Proven coaching, development and mentoring skills are essential.
