This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Skills & Experience:Dependable with excellent time management skillsHigh energy and a positive, friendly attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and handle a variety of tasksCRM experience is preferred (basic knowledge is a plus)Self-motivated with a diligent work ethicExperience in customer service and administrative skillsInside Sales experience preferred but not requiredComfort in answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and setting appointmentsA collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, take inbound and outbound calls from homeowners to determine their specific needs and schedule appointments for them to meet with our team of Design ConsultantsData Entry & Scheduling: Schedule, organize, and confirm appointments, ensure efficient scheduling for leads, service calls, and installationsClient Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails while providing product information and supportAdministrative Support: Assist with office administration tasks as neededCRM Management: Update and monitor client information to ensure smooth communication and follow-upsClient Support: Follow up on project balances, provide post-project customer support, and ensure timely completion of tasks
