Lead Generator Technician

This position is contingent based on contract award. Responsibilities The GT shall be “on-call” 24/7 to support the NGA Washington Generator plant. Qualifications The lead technician shall possess, as a minimum: a. Motor and Turbine (MTU) certified training in the following areas: 1. Design and function of Advanced Diesel Engineer Controller (ADEC) 2. Service and Application Module (SAM) 3. DiaSys and service tools 4. Replacement of components b. Successful completion of MTU certified GEN I and GEN II courses c. Five years of demonstrated experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operations of generators ranging from 5kW to 2500kW This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
