Responsibilities Position Summary Hudson Yards is currently seeking a Temporary Lead Guide who will be responsible for frontline operations. Reporting directly to the Operation Supervisor of City Climb, the Lead Guide will coordinate the frontline team in the execution of daily operations, ensure safety procedures are being upheld, and help achieve the customer service goals of Hudson Yards Experiences. Responsibilities Responsible for opening and closing procedures as well the effective execution of standard operating procedures throughout the day Serves as on-duty point-person for City Climb Operations between all departments. COMPENSATION $30.00 / hourly Qualifications Experience, Qualifications and Skills Two years of customer service experience, former supervisory experience a plus Friendly, welcoming, and warm demeanor towards colleagues and guests Ability to pass the standardized climb guide certification Strong leadership and coaching skills Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in other languages is a plus Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations without losing focus Physical ability to stand and climb stairs for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Overview Related Companies is a global real estate and lifestyle company defined by innovation and the most prominent privately-owned real estate firm in the United States.
