Responsibilities 

Oversee and assist with daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safelyOperate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials as requiredLead and support team members in performing general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materialsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and proceduresCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issuesConduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functionalityAssist in inventory management, tracking materials, and reporting discrepanciesAdapt to changing work demands and perform various tasks as neededQualificationsMinimum of one year of forklift experience with certification preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional weekendsStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a teamComfortable with physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materialsKnowledge of workplace safety procedures and best practicesReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in a warehouse, construction, or industrial setting is an asset
