The Lead Intake Coordinator is responsible for the Intake team's daily operation. Oversees successful admission of patients and communicates all activity to the clinical teams. This position will assure that all insurance information is appropriate and all pertinent information is entered in to the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications:

2 years Home Health or Hospice intake experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior home health management position.
