Job Responsibilities : 1. Review talent acquisition plan for required positions and review gap
analysis and create programs for specialized hiring
2. Develop & maintain the work structure by updating job requirements
and job descriptions for all positions
3. Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing,and
interviewing program,counselling managers on candidate selection,
conducting and analysing exit interviews,recommending changes
4. Ensures planning, monitoring,and appraisal of employee work results
by training managers to coach and discipline employees,
5.Scheduling management conferences with employees,hearing and resolving
employee grievances,counselling employees and supervisors
6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops,reviewing professional publications,establishing
personal networks,participating in professional societies
7. Plan and implement an effective HR plan that is aligned to business
plan and overall organisation people agenda
8. Guide and review all the process and policies are followed by HRBPs
design parameters for assessment of personnel communicate with employees
and business heads for better alignment
9. Analyse skill gaps in existing positions as per market and implement
programs for specialized hiring
10.Analyse and finalize skill requirement for various positions
11.Design and implement business intelligence and analytics for hiring
Masters Degree in Human Resources
Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineering
Minimum 12 Years - Maximum 18 Years
