Lead HR Services Administrator with Arabic

Job purpose:
The Lead HR Administrator is responsible for end to end administration of the HR Services\nAdministration as per internal policies, procedure and per local legislation.

Main activities:

Responsible\nfor On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract\npreparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements), making\nsure that the EE file is complete and correct. Creates\nand collects signatures for all related documentsWorking closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government RelationsAnswering to the employees\nrequests by using the SFDC systemFollow-up with employees regarding their timesheets
Inserting all the payroll inputs related to payments for the employees that are in HRS GO scope

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

University degreeExperience in Human Resources Good analyzing skills, Communication skills Customer focus/orientation
