Stryker is embarking on a multi-year journey to transform the payroll and timekeeping systems for seven of the largest countries in Europe. This role will provide direct support to that and will be responsible for maintaining the timekeeping system after go-live.
As Lead HRIS Analyst, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical expert for the UKG (Kronos) timekeeping and leave management system, helping HR/business system users and the support teams.

Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomesConfigure, test and document system, security and reporting changes, along with data mappingDefine tangible test use cases that align desired technology output to meet business objectivesWill create and manage data visualizations and/or user interfaces for end usersParticipate the deployment of feature releases and system maintenanceDrive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancementsWill build and maintain certain database architectures and creating user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysisServe as subject matter expert on current UKG capabilitiesUnderstand and anticipate cause and effect impacts in touch-points within integrated systemsWhat you need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required4+ years of work experience requiredPrevious experience in supporting timekeeping or leave systems, like UKG strongly preferred2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferredDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExperience with Boomi integrations preferredExperience with BIRT report creation preferred
