**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) as part of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Human Resources Team.
The Lead HRBP will provide strategic HR consulting, resulting in comprehensive human capital strategies and metrics for Investment Banking and Capital Markets. The position will have a measurable impact on the success of CIB – Banking through human capital initiatives, programs, and consultation.
The Corporate & Investment Bank delivers a comprehensive suite of corporate banking; investment banking; sales, trading, financing and research; and commercial real estate banking to corporate, institutional and government clients around the globe.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Consult with business leaders by asking the right questions, developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data, and themes relating to specific human resources products and services to develop and implement human resources solutions
+ Coach managers on performance feedback and lead the year-end performance management process for Investment Banking and Capital Markets
+ Work collaboratively with Human Resources Partners in Compensation, Recruiting, and Employee Relations to align in supporting the overall business strategy
+ Balance priorities of the enterprise human resources initiatives of Wells Fargo with the nuance strategic and operational goals of the aligned line of business
+ Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
+ Focus on consulting engagements for middle to more experienced level leaders spanning a range of complexity
+ Lead the consultation, advice and hands on support for the execution of human capital strategies, resolutions and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions
+ Enhance and drive the effective and efficient delivery of specialized services to ensure leadership receives the appropriate resources required to fulfill people related requirements
+ Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience in providing outstanding HR client or business support as a trusted, business-focused, results-oriented leader
+ Excellent consulting, influencing, and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and HR partners
+ Strong data analytics background and Proven ability to successfully execute initiatives, manage projects, and drive for results
+ Experience creating and executing human capital plans that align with business objectives
+ Experience providing executive coaching to senior leaders
+ Experience with developing and consulting on succession planning, recognition, team member engagement and retention strategies
+ relevant and recent experience in a large corporate, multi-business HR or line organization
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
