**Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Our commercial and industrial customers include restaurants, convenience stores, cold storage facilities, distribution companies, and supermarkets. **Responsibilities** + Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. + Service and repair commercial HVAC systems including split systems, chillers, packaged units, oil- and gas-fired boilers, and control systems. + Work with food service preparation equipment. + Use a tablet-based service ticket software system for all HVAC/R work performed. + Perform preventative maintenance services for contract customers. + Work overtime as needed and participate in a scheduled HVAC/R on-call rotation. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems. + Installation and repair of HVAC systems. + Experience with commercial refrigeration systems. + EPA certification. + Electrical knowledge. + Understanding of control systems and wiring. + Experience with split systems, chillers, packaged units, oil- and gas-fired boilers. + Proficient in using hand tools and reading blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience. + Experience with commercial and residential air conditioning and gas/oil heat service. + Experience with HVAC replacement for commercial and residential properties. + Experience with food service equipment (not required but a plus). + Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company. **Why Work Here?** Our team is our greatest asset.
