Job Description: • 5+yr of Experience in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) supporting Oracle/Postgres/SQL/Couchbase/MongoDB • Cloud solutioning for Data Replication, Database Security, Encryption, Compression and Data Masking/Redaction • Experience in Migration and Consolidation of On-Prem to Cloud footprint • High Availability, MAA and Disaster Recovery and replication • Very large databases and in-memory database solutions • Data replication software (GoldenGate, kafka etc) • A cloud certification (such as AWS / GCP cloud certification) is highly desirable. • Experience with implementing database security best practices, including encryption, user access management, and backups. Automation: • Familiarity with automation tools/scripts for cloud databases. Team Collaboration: • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and infrastructure engineers.
