Lead I - Cloud Infrastructure Services
Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer with expertise in Exchange (On-Prem & Online), Office 365, Email Gateway, Exchange PowerShell, Mimecast, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (AAD), Intune, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and compliant communication and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities Messaging & Email Security

Administer and support Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online in a hybrid environment.

Manage email gateways and Mimecast for security, spam filtering, and compliance.

Develop and maintain Exchange PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.

Configure and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive data.

Implement and manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and role-based access control (RBAC) for email systems.

Collaboration & Productivity

Oversee OneDrive and SharePoint administration for enterprise content collaboration.

Configure and optimize Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for business process automation and reporting.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access policies to enhance security and access control.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security

Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).

Implement Conditional Access policies for secure authentication and authorization.

Oversee DNS and DHCP configurations to ensure seamless connectivity.

Endpoint & Mobile Device Management

Administer Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

Enforce corporate security policies for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and corporate devices.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) platforms.

Collaborate with InfoSec and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).

Perform incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for messaging and collaboration issues.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation for communication services.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Unified Communication & Collaboration technologies.

Strong expertise in Exchange On-Prem, Exchange Online, Office 365, and Email Gateways.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange and automation.

In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (AAD), Entra ID, and RBAC.

Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and Conditional Access policies.

Strong administration skills in OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device management.

Experience with a focus on security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

Experience working in a regulated environment with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
