Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on development experience in ABAP Expertise in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) Reports: Classical, Interactive, ALV (preferably using OO methodology) Interfaces: BAPI, BDC, Flat File Interfaces (App Server & Presentation Server) Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits EDI/IDoc Processing Strong knowledge of Data Dictionary, Performance Tuning Proficiency in OO ABAP Experience across SAP projects: Implementation, Support, Upgrade Experience in effort estimation, planning, scheduling, and tracking development work Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

SAP ABAP Certification Knowledge of WebDynpro, Workflow, Enhancement Spots Exposure to tools like Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) and Excel Understanding of SDLC and process flow visualization
