Lead I - Enterprise Solutions -SAP SD,SD/ LE,SAP S/4 HANA

Role Proficiency:

Under the supervision of a Senior Lead analyze and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems and design solutions.

Outcomes:

     Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models      Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account      Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.      Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system      Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.      Independently analyze design develop and test functionalities      Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation      Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements      A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolving on time   Responsible for code/configuration changes to production environment to resolve any issues post production move   Independently manage client environments/perform installation related activities   Perform root cause analysis technical troubleshooting architecture resolve performance issues   Mentor juniors for client discussions and day to day activities and basic administrative tasks   Perform other duties as assigned or requested.   Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for small improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of schedule; helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc…   Self-learning and implement new features released in ERP/CRM wherever possible.   Set goals in NorthStar and timely measure the progress and update accordingly.

Additional Comments:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Experienced SAP IM/LE-TRA Solution driven expert such as requirements gathering, process mapping, design, testing the implemented functionalities to meet business needs, training end-user, involve in hyper care and post go-live support. • In-depth knowledge on the understanding of supply chain management functions • Preferred EDI Knowledge, configuration, and an end-to-end EDI validation with both customers and the internal 3PL/WM/IM/TM warehouse system. • Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role • Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and SD-LE Principles and SAP products • Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes • Troubleshoot and configure SAP SD-LE including connection points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead • Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices • Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates • Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management • Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with at least 6 years of related experience, OR a Master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with at least 2 years of related experience • Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environment • 6 years of SAP experience • 2 full-cycle SAP implementations • Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations. • Expert in set-up and configuration of SD-LE as well as cross functional design/build of modules such as PP • Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution • Highly skilled in SD-LE master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit Knowledge and Skills • Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Order to Cash business functions. • Strong SAP SD/LE/TM/IM/WM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production Integration • Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & Transportation Management. • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders • Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline • Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure • Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
