Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

     Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.      Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.      Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution      Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions      Optimises efficiency cost and quality.      Influence and improve customer satisfaction Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Role - Full Stack Developer (Java +Angular) - Candidate will be a senior Java developer responsible for the front end and back-end service layer for an existing system. These applications are used firmwide and critical applications in the Spend Management space. This resource will coordinate and collaborate Product Owner, Tech lead and Business SMEs. The candidate must have prior experience in functional and technical design, and development, migration, and would have successfully implemented both on premise and on cloud solution. The ideal candidate is technically strong, enjoys being hands-on, and is able to provide detailed technical guidance, coaching to a junior team member. They must be highly motivated, a self-starter, with the ability to learn quickly. Candidate will be required to work across organizational boundaries and participate in discussions on technical and business issues. He will be an independent software developer of complex solutions using Java and/or Scala technology. He should be able to mentor junior resources. Skills Required - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institute. - Minimum 5+ years of experience building Java & Angular applications, in a service-based architecture. - Need strong hands on current experience on Java 8+, Angular 16 and above , Java script, Angular JS, Jsps, JUnit, XML, Spring, Spring Boot, rest APIs, and SQL. - Hands on experience with version control, build integration and messaging technologies. - Need to demonstrate in-depth understanding of OOO principles, design patterns and threading techniques. - Strong web Services background required. - Ability to build or work in a continuous integration framework. - Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization and be effective with both business and technical teams. - Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution - Excellent written and oral communication skills for managing interactions both within the team and without. - Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
