ServiceNow Technical Architect (OMT) We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ year of exp in ServiceNow specializing in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module (min 2 years exp in OMT) to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow OMT solutions, enabling seamless order lifecycle management, telecom service configuration, and process automation. This role requires deep expertise in telecom order management, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and the integration of complex workflows to support telecom business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Architecture: o Lead architectural design and development for the ServiceNow OMT module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and telecom industry standards. o Design order management workflows, including order capture, order decomposition, and order orchestration, for telecom services. o Develop scalable solutions for order lifecycle management, including provisioning, activation, and assurance. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into detailed architectural blueprints. • Technical Leadership: o Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow OMT module functionality, configuration, and best practices. o Mentor and guide development teams on ServiceNow OMT standards, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions. o Identify and resolve architectural and technical challenges within the OMT module implementation. o Drive integration efforts between ServiceNow OMT and external telecom systems, including inventory management, billing, and CRM platforms. • Process Optimization & Automation: o Design and implement workflows to optimize order fulfillment processes, reducing manual efforts and improving efficiency. o Apply automation to order status tracking, SLA management, and notification systems for proactive order management. o Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory standards and guidelines within the OMT processes. • Integration & Data Management: o Integrate the OMT module with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, CSM) to provide a unified view of telecom operations. o Manage data flows and data integrity between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in order management processes. o Leverage ServiceNow Integration Hub and APIs to connect with third-party telecom applications.
