Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer - Platform

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on platform performance, testing, and feature enhancements. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, workflows, UI policies, and integrations. Integrations Expertise: Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and connecting ServiceNow with external systems. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting performance issues and implementing improvements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional (ITSM Pro), Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Finance Services Operations (FSO), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and performance testing tools. Knowledge of ITIL principles and agile development practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Platform Performance & Testing: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance. Implement testing strategies to ensure stability, reliability, and efficiency across all ServiceNow modules. Feature Enhancements & New Development: Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements, responding to evolving business needs while maintaining system stability. Integrations Management: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between ServiceNow and external systems. Cross-Module Support: Provide support and expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), ensuring cohesive platform performance and functionality. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization and enhancements, staying current with ServiceNow’s latest releases and capabilities. Documentation & Standards: Maintain thorough technical documentation and adhere to best practices, ensuring high-quality development and platform standards.
