Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer – SecOps & VRM
Experience: 5 to 9 Years

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer with expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) to enhance and support our ServiceNow environment. This role involves building and customizing applications, managing integrations, and supporting functionality across modules to strengthen our security and compliance capabilities.
Must-Have Skills
Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with specific expertise in SecOps, GRC, and VRM. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SecOps modules, GRC/VRM workflows, and ServiceNow scripting. Integrations Expertise: Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) to connect ServiceNow with security, compliance, and risk management tools. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and enhancing platform performance. Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills for working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional (ITSM Pro), Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Finance Services Operations (FSO), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant SecOps or GRC certifications. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and ITIL frameworks. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies for continuous improvement.Roles and Responsibilities
SecOps Development: Lead the configuration and customization of SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Response, to enhance the organization’s security posture. GRC/VRM Implementation: Design and implement solutions within GRC and VRM, supporting risk assessments, policy management, and vendor compliance workflows. Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security and compliance tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation. Cross-Module Support: Provide technical support across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM), enhancing overall platform functionality and ensuring system interoperability. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements to optimize security and compliance processes within the platform. Documentation & Standards: Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations, adhering to best practices and governance standards.
