Job Summary: 

Mandatory Expertise :

Seeking an experienced Java Technical Leader responsible for building web applications to help launch new and existing products going through extensive enhancements that will meet our current and future strategies. This candidate will have in-depth knowledge of software architecture, good communication skills and hands-on software development skills from design to deployment. The candidate must have experience with software development methodologies and must be willing to work in an agile environment. Must have experience interfacing with product managers and offshore team members. Should have 4+ years’ experience in software web development. This is a hands-on design and development position and candidate should have active experience on Java8, Angular 2+, Microservices, Spring MVC or Spring Boot, SQL Should have strong 3+ Years of working experience on Angular 2+ versions, Version 8+ will be preferred. Experience in Redux will be preferred, at least theoretical knowledge or should be able/ready to learn it on the job Must demonstrate leadership ability and team-building skills to effectively manage professional and non-professional staff and interact with all levels of management. Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of unit team. Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline The candidate must understand the best practices and have experience in entire software development life cycle. The candidate should be able to design, develop and maintain highly available, responsive and scalable solution. The successful candidate is collaborative, organized with ability to multitask; detail oriented and highly motivated who could help achieve project goals and timelines. Should be able to work independently with analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills : 

In addition, knowledge in any of the following is a plus: cloud and data platform like AWS, Bit bucket and rally.
