UST is looking for a ServiceNow Tester with 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or CMDB modules. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and custom applications to ensure seamless performance and reliability. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for ServiceNow applications and customizations. • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on ServiceNow modules. • Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts. • Test ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications. • Perform data validation testing for ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM implementations. • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automation testing. Defect Management & Troubleshooting • Identify, document, and report defects using JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar tools. • Work closely with developers and business analysts to reproduce and resolve issues. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Collaboration & Process Improvement • Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers, Administrators, and Business Teams to improve test coverage. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Provide inputs to enhance testing frameworks, automation strategies, and best practices. Quality Assurance & Compliance • Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and governance standards in ServiceNow testing. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in business user validation. • Support performance and security testing for ServiceNow applications. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: Technical Skills & ServiceNow Knowledge • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Testing (manual & automated). • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules. • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and test automation tools. • Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow platform capabilities. • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and test automation frameworks is a plus.
