Insight Global is seeking an Identity and Directory Services Lead to join a pharmaceutical client's security operations team within their shared IT services organization. The goal of this team is to run operational security for end user requests, incidents, products, devices, and platforms. Currently, the team is driving towards simplifying and automating processes to reduce the complexity of their security systems and infrastructure. The person hired will be responsible for the operational administration, maintenance and availability of their global IAM infrastructure. In order to be successful, this person will partner with the application, infrastructure, and security teams to drive a secure IT environment. This will include resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis, identify process improvements through reports and data analysis, facilitate deployment of new IAM features, integrate IAM platforms with application and infrastructure teams, ensure compliance with security and company policies, create technical and end user documentations and training materials, and improve and develop operational processes. This team will require a highly organized individual to join this team who has previously supported global security enterprises. Similarly, they will have a broad range of IT and Security experiences and skills with a focus in IAM since this team will utilize this person as an IAM infrastructure SME to communicate with several technical teams. Lastly, this role will have a strong focus in Azure Active Directory, as the team currently has an on prem environment they are looking to move to Entra ID in the next couple years. Single Sign On, PAM, correlation, analysis, AD and Entra ID, and authentication experience will be necessary to be successful.This role is remote and will require a highly motivated individual.
