5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.  Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.  Exceptional communication and articulation skills, both verbal and non-verbal.  Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and standard office applications.  Knowledge of the healthcare domain is desirable but not mandatory.  Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
