Lead II - Business Analysis

Total experience - 8 to 10 yrs 

• Should have at least 5-8 years relevant experience in Core Banking Domain. Work closely with different stakeholders (Internal and External) to gather detailed requirements.

• Responsible to elaborate requirements, work with development teams to realize the requirements.

• Work closely with Development, QA and Product team on different project activities.

• Prepare detailed business requirements based on requirements.

• Prepare functional specifications for new products and features. The specifications include descriptions of basic functionality along with definitions of host interfaces (layout and mapping), GUI requirements, processing flows, database changes, etc.

• Present walk-through of proposed functional solutions to clients and internal stakeholders (development/QA) and getting sign-off from all interested parties.

• Remain involved with projects through the development and QA life cycle to ensure that the actual implementation meets the proposed requirements/solution.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (UML, BPMN, etc.)

• Experience working with open platform ecosystems and APIs.

• Proven experience in business and system analysis in Core Banking domain

• Experience in requirement analysis and solution design.

• Experience in Agile way of working.

• Experience in implementing large software projects of financial or banking applications.

• Knowledge of any Payments product

• Aware of latest trend in Core Banking Product, Development/Enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer feedback to understand their pain points, aspirations, and evolving needs within the financial services domain.

• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define functional and technical requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring they solve real problems and deliver tangible value.

• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating complex concepts into clear, concise communication that resonates with both audiences.

• Develop user stories, wireframes, and other artifacts to meticulously document requirements, processes, and workflows for seamless development and implementation.

• Analyze data and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement, suggesting optimization strategies and crafting compelling user guides and training materials.
