Lead II - Business Finance

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of target companies or the organization's financials to assess their performance, historical trends, and future projections. Prepare financial models, evaluate key performance indicators, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Valuation: Utilize various valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.) to determine the target company's or organization's fair value.

Assess the attractiveness of potential investments and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, analyzing their operations, financials, legal, and regulatory compliance.

Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the success of the M&A deal.

Deal Structuring: Collaborate with the senior management and legal teams to develop deal structures that align with the organization's strategic objectives and optimize financial outcomes.

Participate in negotiations to finalize the terms of the transaction.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements during the M&A processes.

Coordinate with legal counsel and external advisors to manage regulatory filings and approvals.

Documentation: Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and memorandums to present findings and recommendations to senior management and potential investors.

Create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of M&A deals, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and ensure seamless execution.

Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Post-Deal Integration: Support the integration of acquired companies post-M&A to ensure smooth operations and achieve synergy benefits.
