Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst - Global Technology Support Team

We are seeking an Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst to join our Global Technology Support Team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a support and/or delivery role within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. This role demands the ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and ensure excellent client engagement. The position covers regional systems and London-based global systems for business user queries, processes, data, and usability. You will provide 1st & 2nd line support across the business in Asia, Europe, the UK, and the US, manage application incidents, and contribute to continuous support improvements.

Must Have (Essential Qualifications)

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a support role for Oracle ERP Fusion environments. Experience with Oracle HCM & Finance modules, including HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, General Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Cash Management, Procurement, Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub. Proven experience in support and delivery of Oracle Cloud applications. Experience with support or development of applications using SQL Server or Oracle back-end databases.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of MS Windows Architecture and its integration into a Corporate environment. Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud. Knowledge of Windows AD Groups and Role-Based Security.

Problem-Solving & Communication:

Ability to work under pressure, assess business and technical impact, and manage critical incidents. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, ensuring active and clear communication with the business community during incidents and resolutions.

Core Competencies:

Ability to independently manage time and deliver results within a support working environment. Experience in environments where part or all of the application support is offshore. Ability to work within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards. Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience:

Experience working in a global support environment with users from different regions (Asia, Europe, UK, US). Experience in incident management and change request processes within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. Experience working with or alongside 3rd party vendors for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications (other modules not mentioned above). Experience with proactive maintenance tasks, system health checks, and monitoring performance KPIs. Familiarity with using Confluence and SharePoint for knowledge sharing and creating support documentation.

Soft Skills:

Enjoys working in a team environment and actively contributing to team knowledge. Strong analytical mindset and ability to provide technical documentation for the support team. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st & 2nd line support to business users in various regions (Asia, Europe, UK, US). Own application incidents through to resolution and collaborate with the Corporate Agile team and 3rd party vendors. Monitor production environment processes, job schedules, capacity, and performance KPIs. Create and manage change requests to address issues within the system. Conduct system health checks and perform proactive maintenance tasks. Share knowledge with the team and update support documentation using Confluence and SharePoint. Ensure SLA adherence and improve the support process.
