Lead II - Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst

Location - Chennai/Trivandrum/Kochi

We are seeking an Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst to join our Global Technology Support Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a support or delivery role within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. The role demands the ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and ensure excellent client engagement. This position involves providing support for business user queries, processes, data, and usability for both regional systems and London-based global systems. You will also handle incident management, ensure the monitoring of production environment processes, and contribute to continuous support improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st & 2nd line support to business users across Asia, Europe, UK, and US. Take ownership of reported application incidents through to successful resolution. Reduce incidents through continuous support process improvements. Sponsor change requests to resolve issues and improve the support environment. Monitor production environment processes, job schedules, capacity, and performance KPIs. Collaborate with the Corporate Agile team and 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders and support teams. Perform system health checks and proactive maintenance tasks. Share knowledge with the team and update support documentation on Confluence and SharePoint. Ensure SLA adherence for support services. Implement application configuration settings into the production environment. Must Have (Essential Qualifications):

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a support role for Oracle ERP Fusion environments. Proven experience with Oracle HCM & Finance modules, including: HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Talent Management, Recruitment General Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Cash Management, Procurement, Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub. Experience in supporting and delivering Oracle Cloud applications. Experience with SQL Server or Oracle back-end databases. Experience working in environments where part or all of application support is offshore.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of MS Windows Architecture and its integration into a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud and Agile methodology. Knowledge of Windows AD Groups and Role-Based Security.

Experience:

Experience working in a global support environment with users from different regions (Asia, Europe, UK, US). Exposure to application change management processes. Experience with contributing to continuous support improvement. Experience working with or alongside external 3rd party vendors to resolve issues.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications beyond the HCM & Finance modules. Knowledge of proactive maintenance tasks and system performance monitoring. Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint for support documentation.

Soft Skills:

Enjoys working in a team environment and collaborating with others. Willingness to develop a broad business and application/system knowledge. Strong analytical mindset and ability to share knowledge with peers.
