Lead II - Oracle SCM Support

We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with expertise in ERP/CRM systems, particularly Oracle Fusion SCM, who can lead a team, design solutions, optimize development processes, and engage with customers to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Documentation: Develop and review technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and deployment documentation. Code & Design Review: Conduct design document reviews and peer code reviews, suggesting improvements. Build & Deployment: Act as the single point of contact for build and deployment issues, resolving them promptly. Learning & Contribution: Learn new technologies, business systems, and contribute to ERP/CRM practice activities such as case studies, internal seminars, and hackathons. Technical Solution Design: Select appropriate technical options for development, including reusing or improving existing components. Optimization: Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality through improved technical design. Customer Engagement: Improve customer satisfaction by offering code refactoring suggestions and explaining business processes to stakeholders. Team Leadership: Set and track goals for team members, provide mentorship, and ensure team engagement throughout the project.

Requirements:

Experience: Strong experience in ERP/CRM systems, particularly in Oracle Fusion SCM and related modules. Leadership: Proven ability to lead a technical team and mentor junior leads. Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely delivery, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in ERP/CRM technologies (e.g., Oracle Fusion, ERP/CRM Cloud). Experience in Agile: Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Domain Expertise: Expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Planning Central Cloud. Production Support: Experience with production deployment and solving deployment-related issues. Customer Interaction: Experience presenting solutions and technical designs to customers.

Technical Skills:

ERP/CRM Systems: Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle Order Management, Procurement, Planning Central Cloud. Integration: Proficiency in integrating with external systems using SOAP APIs, REST APIs. Design & Development: Strong understanding of functional and technical design, coding best practices. Deployment Tools: Experience with production deployment tools and resolving deployment issues. Agile: Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. Programming & Tools: Knowledge of data loading tools and various cloud platform features. Support & Troubleshooting: Expertise in support processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
