Power Curve Senior Developer

Proficiency:

Develop and optimize applications by selecting technical solutions, reusing components, and improving efficiency. Support day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Development: Code, test, debug, and document product features according to specifications. Optimization: Select appropriate technical solutions, improve cost, efficiency, and quality. Collaboration: Work with Project Manager on project execution and team coordination. Communicate with customers for requirement clarification and design finalization. Documentation: Create/review design documents, coding standards, and test cases. Testing: Review unit tests, scenarios, and execution, ensuring quality through testing phases. Defect Management: Perform root cause analysis and mitigation for defects.

Skills & Knowledge:

Technical: Proficient in software design, coding, DBMS, SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), IDE, and RAD tools. Experience with PowerCurve and Postman. Leadership: Set and review FAST goals for the team, mentor members, and ensure upskilling and engagement. Communication: Present technical solutions to customers, lead product demos, and manage customer relationships.
