• 6+ years of experience as a DEH technical developer, preferably within financial services. 
• Prior experience of DEH implementation 
• Excellent understanding of Retail and Channel Banking 
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Polymer JS, Angular JS, Spring Boot etc.). 
• Familiarity with the Core Banking Solution and its functionalities. 
• Experience working with open platform ecosystems and APIs.
