Lead II - Software Engineering - Oracle SCM - Revenue and Subscription Management

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

Oracle SCM - Revenue and Subscription Management We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant to join our team. The consultant should have good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in the Revenue and Subscription Management module. The consultant should have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. The consultant should also have the capability to lead a team from offshore and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion - Revenue and Subscription Management to deliver high-quality solutions. - Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. - Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence. - Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues. - Perform system configuration and customization according to business requirements. - Conduct thorough testing and provide support during user acceptance testing. - Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements. Requirements: - Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant. - Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion - Revenue and Subscription Management module. - Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. - Capable of leading a team from offshore and effectively managing project deliverables. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose appropriate solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
