Experience Level: 5 to 12 years Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Work on microservices architecture, ensuring efficient integration and communication between services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Develop unit test cases to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Integrate applications with Java-based APIs and work with database platforms like DB2, Sybase, and MSSQL Server. Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) for application deployment and maintenance. Ensure adherence to best coding practices and participate in code reviews. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java (6+ years), Spring Boot, and Microservices development. Proficiency in Hibernate and RESTful API integration. Experience working with relational databases (DB2, Sybase, MSSQL Server). Hands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP). Minimum 3 years of experience in development projects. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Experience in writing unit test cases for robust application development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Exposure to containerization and cloud-native application deployment. Experience in performance tuning and optimizing Java applications.
