Lead II - Software Engineering - Sitecore

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

     Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.      Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.      Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.      Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts      Optimises efficiency cost and quality.      Influence and improve customer satisfaction      Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

We are looking for a Sitecore specialist who can design, develop, and deliver digital solutions using Sitecore CMS. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Sitecore projects, ensuring high-quality standards, best practices, and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities - Define the technical architecture and solution design for Sitecore projects, considering the client’s requirements, budget, and timeline. - Implement Sitecore solutions using Sitecore XP, SXA, JSS, Commerce, and other Sitecore modules and features. - Integrate Sitecore with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, CDP, analytics, marketing automation, etc. - Implement personalization, segmentation, and optimization strategies using Sitecore’s capabilities and tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support for Sitecore projects. - Mentor and coach other developers and team members on Sitecore development and best practices. - Stay updated on the latest Sitecore trends, technologies, and innovations. - Deploy and manage Sitecore solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services. - Experience in using SXA Headless Experience Accelerator to create modern and responsive web applications. - Hands on with Rule set editor & Sitecore experience explorer, Sitecore search & customer engagement console. - Know how to maintain end to end content lifecycle management using Sitecore. - Integrate with front-end technologies and frameworks. - Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Cruise Control/Maven/GitHub) is preferred. Sitecore Certification Preferred Qualifications and Experience - Overall candidate should have 8-10 years of experience - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development and architecture. - Experience in any 1 other CMS, such as WordPress/Drupal/Adobe Experience Manager, etc. - Proficient in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. - Familiar with TFS/GIT, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and testing tools and frameworks. - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc. - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries ( jQuery, Grunt,Bootstrap etc.) - Strong troubleshooting skills with good analytical skills - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
