Overview

The Lead ILS Overnight works as part of an Intensive Residential Treatment Services Team that provides care, treatment and rehabilitation for persons served who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms; who are demonstrating significant functional impairments; and who may have co-occurring disorders. The Lead ILS Overnight provides some supervisory oversight by assisting site supervisors with scheduling, training, and providing guidance to overnight staff. The Lead ILS overnight will have a home site and will travel to the site where there is the most need.

Responsibilities Promote residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being by providing individual interventions. Interacts frequently and positively with residents and support staff to promote the rights of the residents to achieve an enhanced quality of lifeCompletes new hire training for overnights and OJT checklist for each site as neededObserves performance of overnights and provides feedbackExpresses positive expectations of others, even in difficult situationsDelegates tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of developing other’s abilitiesRewards good performance and promotes employee recognitionCompletes corrective actions with site supervisorsCoordinates staff training designated to meet staff educational needs, licensing standards and consumer needsEncourages staff to report issues of non-compliance through appropriate channelsComplete Employee evaluations in coordination with site supervisors Supervises operations to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirementsProvides and promotes consumer choice and facilitate independenceTravel to site where the highest level is needed deemed by supervisor and Clinical DirectorsFollow agency procedures to promote optimum health care, safety practice and behavioral supports to maintain the well-being of residentsAdministrative duties (scanning, faxing, organizing).Completes necessary cleaning and all responsibilities on the overnight checklistProvide group and individual services for clientsAttends Evening and Morning Crossovers to obtain and provide pertinent updates for residentsTeach clients independent living skillsDevelop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with various teams Qualifications GED or High School Diploma with 4,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illnessBachelor's degree preferred in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university About our Line of Business SpringPath Mental Health Services is a leading agency in providing recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
