Job Summary
Rich Products, a $5.5Billion food manufacturing company, is looking for a Lead Innovation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that enhance business processes, improve user experience, and drive organizational growth. This role is integral to driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining our competitive edge by leveraging emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both food manufacturing processes and technology implementation, with a focus on automation, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes• Innovation Strategy
o Develop and execute a technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives, focusing on automation, sustainability, and product quality.
o Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in food manufacturing to drive operational excellence and product differentiation.
• Process Optimization:
o Lead initiatives to optimize production processes using technologies like IoT, AI/ML, robotics, and advanced analytics.
• Digital Transformation:
o Lead initiatives to optimize production processes using technologies like IoT, AI/ML, robotics, and advanced analytics.
o Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 principles, integrating smart manufacturing technologies into the production environment.
o Oversee the implementation of digital twins, real-time monitoring systems, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Sustainability and Compliance:
o Introduce innovative technologies to reduce energy consumption, waste, and carbon footprint in manufacturing processes.
o Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards through advanced monitoring and reporting tools.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
o Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, quality assurance, and IT, to implement technology-driven projects.
o Act as a thought leader, mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
• Technology Implementation:
o Oversee the deployment and integration of technologies such as AI-driven supply chain management, automated sorting systems, and blockchain for traceability.
o Collaborate with external technology providers, startups, and research institutions to pilot and scale innovative solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Develop and implement advanced data analytics tools to monitor production efficiency, identify trends, and enable proactive decision-making.
o Utilize data to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce production costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Food Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in technology innovation, digital transformation, or process optimization within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in implementing automation, IoT, and AI solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and challenges.
• Expertise in smart manufacturing technologies, including IoT, robotics, blockchain, and AI/ML.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HACCP, FSMA, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$108,960.00 - $163,440.00
