The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Restaurant Development Team within the Field Support Technology, Data & Insights team. This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.
The Field Support Technology, Data & Insights team is responsible for supporting Restaurant Development and Field Operations by developing business intelligence applications, reports, and queries that provide relevant, timely and insightful information to support decision making and improve operational performance at our Restaurants. As a Lead Insights Analyst, this individual will be tasked with producing solutions by working closely with the business users throughout all phases of the data development lifecycle. The role will work collaboratively and independently in the areas of requirements gathering and understanding the needs of the business and align with the objectives of Business Excellence. The role will coordinate with cross functional businesses to create solutions and define performance goals and metrics, thereby creating/driving internal processes and systems to ensure appropriate due diligence is applied to business decisions. The individual will be responsible for not only taking full ownership of the data and analytics but the relationships with key stakeholders to work autonomously and drive initiatives under limited direction from leadership.

Responsibilities The person who fills this role will be expected to do the following as a part of their regular work responsibilities:Demonstrate ownership of the data and analytics by delivering accurate and timely insights by leveraging Chick-fil-A’s analytics tools.Create and maintain custom reports, ad-hoc queries, and dashboards tailored to specific business needs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based tools).Design and build efficient data models, including relational and dimensional models, to optimize the BI systems.Develop, test, and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure accurate data integration from various sources.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and actionable information for business teams.Work with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports for performance issues to ensure fast and accurate data retrieval.Automate recurring reports and dashboards to ensure real-time data insights with minimal manual intervention.Develop relationships with the business leaders to better understand business requirements. Leverage large amounts of data to solve business issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or other similar fields3+ years of work related experienceExperience in Data Visualization Tools Strong analytical and problem-solving experience & understanding of data systems and structures Proven ability to write robust SQL queries or proven high proficiency in another data trans-formation tool Demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to executive leadership or upper-level management Demonstrated ability to produce scalable and repeatable analytic processes Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with peers and leaders using strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks, processes and/or projects while being able to appropriately prioritize work Strong applied knowledge of basic data best practices Experience creating visualizations for executive-level reporting, using visualization tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with Databricks or DBT Experience in aggregating large volumes of data for analysisProven Power BI and Tableau skillsExperience with automation of analytical reporting Analytical and Reporting Product Ownership experience Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) Experience working in retail, hospitality, or QSR industries.Experience in Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization tool Minimum Years of Experience 3 Travel Requirements 10% Required Level of Education Bachelor's Degree Major/Concentration Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or other similar fields Submit Resume ApplyApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
