Are you a detail-oriented quality professional with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a Lead Quality Inspector to take charge of quality control operations and ensure our products meet the highest standards. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for perfection, this role is for you!

Responsibilities: ... Lead a team of quality inspectors to monitor and assess product quality

Develop and implement inspection protocols and quality control standards

Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials and finished products

Document inspection results and prepare comprehensive quality reports

Train and mentor new team members on quality control best practices

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with quality tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM (preferred)

Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Competitive pay at $18/hour

Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities

Work schedule two days per week (Mondays and Fridays) at 6am. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday shift is 2p-10p
