Responsibilities: ... Lead a team of quality inspectors to monitor and assess product quality
Develop and implement inspection protocols and quality control standards
Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials and finished products
Document inspection results and prepare comprehensive quality reports
Train and mentor new team members on quality control best practices
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with quality tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM (preferred)
Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Education:
