Adecco Search is recruiting on behalf of our client in the **Kernersville, NC** area for the position of **Lead** **Low-Voltage Systems** **Technician** to join a dynamic telecommunications team. The successful candidate must have experience IP based, low-voltage systems installations and service. Systems include access control, IP & analog video, nurse call, intrusion, structured cabling and other types of low-voltage and network-based systems. **Direct Hire Full Time** **Local Candidates ONLY. Daily work on job sites.** Nice pay rate and Excellent Benefits! **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS** **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install, analyze, diagnose, and repair complex integrated low-voltage systems, including troubleshooting issues that may be related to network architecture, protocols or other network related factors. + Complete major systems integrations, including system commissioning. + Communicate with subcontractors and coordinate work with subcontractors as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of work. + Conduct all customer interactions to drive a high degree of customer satisfaction.
